个人简历：
1986年7月海洋之神8590cn官网物理系毕业，理学学士学位，2009年6月获海洋之神8590cn官网理学博士学位。
研究兴趣：
主要从事Ⅲ-Ⅴ族宽禁带半导体材料的制备与表征工作，特别是对AES,UPS,XPS等表征方法有着丰富的经验。
